UNIMOD – Modular Extraction Control System

UNIMOD was a versatile, purpose-built controller designed in 2012, it was designed to manage industrial extraction systems. Widely adopted by schools, laboratories, and training facilities, UNIMOD delivered reliable performance in managing fume extraction, filtration, and airflow systems. It was installed in over 56 institutions, including AUT, GNS, and numerous secondary and tertiary labs across the country.

Though the UNIMOD line has since been discontinued, its legacy continues as a benchmark in modular, programmable control systems for educational environments.
